Great sales person

I was a little apprehensive at our first meeting after finding out that she was not familiar with the area; I was also looking for property as well. But that soon changed, after spending time with her.

We were very pleased with Lani, myself and daughter Sherri.. Lani went over and above, and exceeded our expectations. The process was very long, no fault of hers.

Kathy is brutely honest in how much you can sell your home for . She always has best interest at the forefront . She keeps you in the loop with all the goings on. I was impressed how she worked so well with other brokers and title clerks.

The sale of our home was an Estate Sale following the death of the home's owner (my Mom). Regina Nese-Santos understood and respected my Mom's wishes for no For Sale signs and no Open Houses. All showings were private and handled within the office. My family and I are very appreciative that Regina worked within my Mom's wishes. This was a very stressful and emotional process for us, saying goodbye to our family's home of 48 years. Regina made the process easier for us to get through.

Deidre was understanding and professional throughout the whole stressful time of selling a home. She was always available to answer any of my many questions and calm my nerves.
